In the course of representing our clients, the firm often receives significant non-public personal information about them. The firm also creates and retains records relating to the professional services we provide so that we are better able to assist our clients with their legal needs and, in some instances, to comply with applicable law and professional guidelines. All of our attorney-client communications with, and any information we receive from, our clients are secret and held in strict confidence. Such attorney-client communications and any information derived therefrom are not disclosed to any persons outside the firm except with your permission, and/or as required by applicable law or ethical rules.
